All shipments are sent within 2-5 working days. However, in exceptional situations, there may be a slight delay. Such cases are rare, but due to the large volume of orders, unfortunately, they sometimes occur. For equipment with embroidery or printing, the order processing time is up to 14 working days (+ shipping) for simple projects (e.g., numbers, names, or embroidery on shoes) and more than 14 working days (+ shipping) for prints with multicolored logos.
